Windows-1253 (CP-1253) Encoding and Decoding

Windows-1253 is a character encoding designed for the Greek language.

Windows-1253 consists of 256 characters, where the first 128 characters are the same as ASCII. The remaining 128 characters (0x80 to 0xFF) include Greek alphabet characters, additional punctuation, and symbols specific to the Greek language.
